1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Grow WhatsApp Platform ("Platform"), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue the use of our services immediately.
2. Service Overview
Growmore IT Services provides a cloud-based communication platform built on the Official WhatsApp Business Platform.
Our services include:

- Bulk Messaging (Opt-In Only)
- OTP & Authentication Messages
- Chatbot & Workflow Automation
- Customer Communication Management
- Template Message Management
- API Integration & Developer Tools
- Campaign Management
- Analytics & Reporting Dashboard
Growmore IT Services acts solely as a technology service provider and does not guarantee message delivery, which depends on Meta, network providers, and recipient devices.
3. User Responsibilities
By using our platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Use the platform only for lawful business purposes.
- Obtain proper customer consent (Opt-In) before sending WhatsApp messages.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
You are solely responsible for all activities performed using your account.
4. WhatsApp & Meta Compliance
Users must comply with:
- Meta WhatsApp Business Messaging Policies
- Meta Commerce Policies
- Meta Business Terms
- Applicable Government Regulations
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Sending unsolicited or spam messages
- Fraudulent or deceptive communication
- Harassment or abusive messaging
- Illegal marketing practices
- Misuse of customer data
Violation of these policies may result in:
- Immediate suspension of services
- Permanent account termination
- Reporting to Meta where required
Growmore IT Services shall not be responsible for any WhatsApp number restrictions, account suspension, or permanent bans imposed by Meta.
5. Account Registration & Access
To use our services, users must:
- Register with valid information
- Verify their email address
- Maintain accurate business details
Growmore IT Services reserves the right to:
- Reject account registrations
- Suspend suspicious accounts
- Disable accounts involved in policy violations
Sharing account credentials with unauthorized persons is prohibited.
6. Payments & Billing
- All services are prepaid unless otherwise agreed.
- Subscription charges must be paid in advance.
- Additional usage charges (including Meta conversation charges) may apply based on service usage.
- Prices may be revised without prior notice.
Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension.
7. No Refund Policy
All payments made to Growmore IT Services are final and non-refundable.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Subscription Fees
- Setup Charges
- API Configuration Charges
- WhatsApp Business API Activation Charges
- Cloud Hosting Charges
- Usage-Based Charges
- Meta Conversation Charges
Users are responsible for evaluating the services before making payment.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high platform availability.
However, services may occasionally be interrupted due to:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Server upgrades
- Internet outages
- Meta platform issues
- Third-party service disruptions
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
9. Limitation of Liability
Growmore IT Services shall not be liable for:
- Failed message delivery
- Meta or WhatsApp service interruptions
- WhatsApp account restrictions or bans
- Data loss caused by third-party systems
- Business losses
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.
10. Data Privacy
User information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Users retain ownership of their own business and customer data.
Growmore IT Services does not sell customer information and implements reasonable security measures to protect stored data.
11. Account Suspension & Termination
Growmore IT Services reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if users:
- Send spam messages
- Engage in fraudulent activities
- Violate Meta policies
- Breach these Terms & Conditions
- Misuse platform services
Upon termination, access to the platform and stored data may be restricted or removed where legally permitted.
12. Third-Party Services

- Cloud Hosting Providers
- Payment Gateway Providers
- Email Service Providers

Growmore IT Services is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, policy updates, or failures of third-party services.

All software, platform designs, branding, logos, documentation, APIs, dashboards, and source code remain the exclusive intellectual property of Growmore IT Services.
Unauthorized copying, resale, reverse engineering, redistribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.
14. Modifications to Services
Growmore IT Services reserves the right to:

- Change pricing plans
- Update service offerings

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Satara, Maharashtra, India.
