Acceptance of Terms By registering as a Vendor, Agency, Reseller, or Business Partner, you agree to these Vendor Terms & Conditions. ──────────────────────────── 2. Vendor Eligibility Vendors must: • Provide valid business information. • Maintain accurate GST and company details (where applicable). • Comply with Indian laws and Meta policies. • Have legal authority to represent the business. ──────────────────────────── 3. Vendor Responsibilities Vendors agree to: • Manage customer accounts responsibly. • Obtain customer consent before messaging. • Protect customer data. • Ensure lawful use of the platform. • Pay all applicable subscription and usage fees. ──────────────────────────── 4. Vendor Services The platform allows vendors to: • Manage multiple client accounts. • Configure WhatsApp Business API. • Manage messaging campaigns. • Automate customer communication. • Access reports and analytics. • Integrate APIs and webhooks. ──────────────────────────── 5. Prohibited Activities Vendors shall not: • Send spam campaigns. • Sell or misuse customer data. • Create fake WhatsApp Business Accounts. • Circumvent Meta policies. • Engage in fraudulent marketing. • Resell services without authorization. ──────────────────────────── 6. Payments Vendors are responsible for: • Subscription fees. • Hosting charges. • Meta conversation charges. • API usage fees. • Additional service charges where applicable. ──────────────────────────── 7. No Refund Policy All payments are final. No refunds will be issued for: • Subscription plans • Setup fees • WhatsApp API activation • Hosting • Professional services • Meta conversation charges ──────────────────────────── 8. Account Suspension Vendor accounts may be suspended immediately for: • Spam • Fraud • Policy violations • Abuse of platform • Illegal business activities • Non-payment ──────────────────────────── 9. Intellectual Property All software, APIs, dashboards, branding, documentation, source code, and platform technology remain the exclusive property of Growmore IT Services. Unauthorized copying, resale, reverse engineering, or redistribution is strictly prohibited. ──────────────────────────── 10. Limitation of Liability Growmore IT Services shall not be liable for: • Client disputes • Business losses • Meta restrictions • Third-party failures • Data loss • Service interruptions ──────────────────────────── 11.
